You want to save your poster with a different name. You have used the menu

File » Save Poster as..

and after writing a new name and pressing "OK", the new copy of your poster crashed.

Chances are that you have used a space character at the end of the name you typed for your poster, as shown in the image below.

Please try saving your poster again, with a new name, but without using a space at the end.
