7. I have activated PosterGenius properly, why do I receive a "No license found" message?

You have activated PosterGenius properly but upon relaunching the application the "No license found" window pops up.

Chances are that you have

  1. double clicked on a .PGX file, or
  2. right-clicked and then chose "Open with..." and selected PosterGenius

Instead of the above, to load a poster saved as a .PGX, please follow the steps below:

  1. Start PosterGenius,
  2. close the Wizard,
  3. go to the menu File, and select "Import (.pgx)",
  4. from the window that pops up, browse to the directory where your .pgx file is located, select it and click Open,
  5. the poster should load onto your workspace.
